About the role and project

SILEX’s London office opened in March 2022. As part of our development in the UK, we are on the lookout for a competitive Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team.

The role will benefit from the technical support and guidelines of the Marketing teams based in Paris and Geneva. You will be involved in the local and international marketing effort of SILEX. Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Prioritize and elaborate the product push :
  • collaborate with the marketing team to draw the product push plan among different media
  • elaborate spotless marketing documents and emails in English
  • navigate through Salesforce to organize the email push as well as events presentation
  • extract and analyse relevant KPIs to enhance our marketing reach
    • Develop marketing content :
  • build marketing materials by a strong partnership with our structuring , sales and portfolio management team
  • adapt the brand and editorial content to the local and Middle-Eastern markets
  • build a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience
  • ensure English materials distributed across SILEX entities are well written
    • Implement digital actions:
  • identify digital marketing opportunities with the business
  • help to improve the user experience and drive traffic to our platform my_Spark
  • measure and report on performance of digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • provide training and support on digital platform or tools to the sales teams

Your profile

  • You have a Marketing background (or equivalent) and a first relevant financial service experience in a similar position (1 to 3 years at least).
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You pay attention to detail and are able to keep accurate records.
  • You’re a team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality and an agile mindset. Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you can anticipate, plan and coordinate your tasks in full autonomy.
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • An interest / knowledge of digital marketing (Salesforce, HTML, …)
  • You are a native English speaker, French will be a plus.
  • UK citizen or working permit in the UK is positive
