About the role and project
Within the Investment Solutions Department, the Sales Trader works closely with structurers and sales for all jurisdictions (Switzerland, France, Latam, Asia, MENA) and for all our products solutions (structured products, AMC, SPV). You will help build long-term relationships with existing issuer, sales and clients
The position is a market and client facing role that requires smart, technical and people skills, a problem-solving approach and above all ability to work as a team.
We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and hard-working team player in SILEX SAM’s office in Monaco.
. Execute client’s orders, ensure good and timely trade executions to clients
. Contribute and ensure smooth valuation broadcasting for our products
. Receipt and transmissions of orders from custodians on structured products
. Trading of AMC & SPV’s components (bonds, listed derivatives, equities, funds …)
. Analyze real-time market information to make trading proposals
. Develop and maintain business relationships with our counterparties
. Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record, specialization in Market Finance.
. 2-5 years’ experience in financial markets
. Aptitude for business development and an entrepreneurial spirit.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
. Strong computing skills and knowledge of MS Office.
. Fluency in French and English. Spanish, German, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
. The role will be based in Monaco with frequent trips to Geneva.
