Founded in 2016 by Fabrice Rey and Xavier Laborde, SILEX is mainly owned by its management team and employees. Today, the group gathers around 100 different talents across 4 offices and supports its clients in more than 25 countries.

## WHAT DO WE DO ?

We have built a special system of synergies throughout our three business units in order to assist and counsel **wealth managers, institutional investors and asset owners** at every stage of the investing process.

We provide advisory, investment solutions (structured products, proprietary indices, bespoke investing wrappers) and asset management (funds, AMC).

The **Solutions division** has a well established know-how on Structured Products and structuring. It designs and distributes tailor-made solutions to clientele worldwide with a strong expertise combining quantitative and human expertise.

The **Asset Management division** has a strong fixed income franchise and a wide fund offer comprising UCITS and FIAs as well as AMCs and abaility to provided bespoke portfolio management.

The **Tech division** has developed a comprehensive digital platform for structured products and portfolio analysis, called SPARK.

## SPARK MCP server

SPARK exposes a read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP-compatible client) can query the structured products and AMCs visible to an authenticated SPARK user. It does not give investment advice, execute trades or modify data.

Transport is Streamable HTTP. Authentication is OAuth 2.0: the client discovers the authorization server from the protected-resource metadata, the user signs in with their SPARK account and grants consent, and the token is attached to every request. A SPARK account is required.

1. Add the server URL https://spark-mcp.silex-partners.com/mcp as a remote MCP server (custom connector) in your client.
2. Start the connection; the client is redirected to the SPARK sign-in and consent page.
3. Sign in with your SPARK credentials and approve access.
4. Ask questions in natural language, for example "List my structured products maturing in 2027" or "Show the coupon events for ISIN XS1234567890".

- `list_structured_products`: Filtered list of structured products (ISIN, name, family, issuer, currency, expiry status, underlying performance, SPARK product URL).
- `structured_product_details`: Full technical specification of one structured product by ISIN: payoff, coupons, early-redemption triggers, barriers, underlying levels, current price.
- `structured_product_events`: Lifecycle events of one structured product by ISIN: coupon observations and payments, autocall observations, barrier events, maturity.
- `structured_products_events`: Lifecycle events across many structured products in one call, filtered by ISINs, event type, status and date range.
- `actively_managed_products`: Paginated list of actively managed certificates (AMCs).
- `actively_managed_product_details`: Details and portfolio composition of one actively managed certificate by ISIN.
